Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled window tinter and/or PPF installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through their meticulous work and wrapping processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive window tint and/or PPF installing services.
- Perform high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling.
- Document before/after results for quality control.
- Provide stellar customer service.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Be punctual and attentive to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional tinting or PPF experience.
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification.
- Certifications from Verified PPF/Tint Companies.
- Experience in high-end auto styling shops.
Compensation & Benefits:
